As it is known, in metal keramic systems porcelain accumulation steps are concluded in the way that; after oxidation and bonding application 1st opaque, 2nd opaque, 1st body (dentine), and then 2nd body (dentine, transparent) and glaze are applied.
By eliminating two sessions of opaquer sintering, Fixop, enables opaquer, dentine and the transparent to be sintered in a single session by enabling them to be accumulated successively. Thanks to special formulation of the liquid, the opaquer layer is fixed to the bonding by being bonded after the 4 minutes of predrying process. From now on the opaquer layer is so durable that dentine accumulation is easily made on it. It is not solved by modelling liquid and the layers do not meld during the accumulation. Thanks to the very special agents in its formulation the melting heat of opaquer approaches to melting heat of dentine. Opaquer establishes a perfect physical bond by combining with dentine thoroughly. By this way a more durable and stable porcelain structure is established. For the purpose of getting better result, in addition to this special material, a bonding material (KERAMBOND) appropriate for all metal keramic systems and its liquid are given away in the package. This product having the characteristics of an invention is patented by our company. Fixop offers many advantages to the user.
