Area of Usage:
It is a strong masking material, having self-curing system, produced for the purposes of preventing the metal reflection and providing a more natural appearance:

a) In cage zones of frame part of partial prosthesis,
b) On front and top zones of crowns over the attachments

Features:
• It gives an extreme esthetical appearance in partial dentures thanks to its perfect compatibility with acrylic. It constitutes a stable crone structure on facet crowns over the attachments by providing a good cohesiveness between metal and acrylic. Pink frame opaquer, in the form of dust, opaquer in the color of A1 and liquid activator material for crowns over the attachments, are found within the set. If required, opaquers in the colors A2 and A3 are also available.

• The polymerization reaction starts after the dust opaquer material is mixed with the activator in appropriate ratios. In consequence of polymerization, an extremely stable, well bonded to surface and quite hard, structure occurs. In virtue of these features, by bonding the metal very well, the matured opaquer layer does not break out under pressure in muffle, does not mix in acrylic and does not dissolve by being affected from the liquid.

Usage:
It must exactly be applied before teeth arranging in press muffle system. It may be used at the last step in duplicate muffle system. Application sequence is as follows;
1. Sandblast the zone that it will be applied.
2. Transfer the dust opaquer material in a godet as the amount that will be used.
3. Add approximately as 1/4 of it and mix. (Working time after this process is approximately 15 minutes.)
4. Apply to the zone wished by means of a brush.
5. After your operation is over, clean the godet and brush that you used, quickly with hot liquid.
6. Approximately after 15 minutes skip to next operation.

Points to consider:
1. Close the bottles’ caps tightly after use.
2. Keep away from direct sunlight.
3. Keep at a temperature between 5-30°C.
